It is founded on innovative ideas, concepts, paradigms, theories, and research in the design and implementation of specialized technologies. The program is grounded in evidence-based medicine and clinical practice in physical therapy and occupational therapy, particularly in physical therapy, facilitating both professional and academic career development.

The recommendations of the European higher education structure alignment project and the requirements of professional associations, including the World Confederation for Physical Therapy: «Policy Statements».

The qualification requirements for the position of «Physical Therapist» (Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated December 13, 2018, No. 2331).

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine’s support for the duration of the «Physical Therapy» educational program (Letter No. 1/11-5803 dated June 24, 2019).

Graduates are qualified for positions such as:

Positions within higher education (85.42), as well as other roles that require a master’s degree qualification in relevant organizations without additional specific requirements.

Further education Graduates may continue their studies at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education.
Teaching and Learning The educational process is based on student-centered learning, a competency-based approach, partnership between academic staff and students, self-directed learning, problem-based learning, integration of academic and research activities, and professional orientation.

Term control: tests, credits, exams, probation report/defence of internship reports.

Finals (certification): comprehensive certification exam and public defence of the qualification work.

Assessment is conducted on a 100-point grading scale.
